Refund & Return Policy

Because every order at Remember When? Magnets is custom-made to order using your personal photos, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

Quality Issues & Defects

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, or with an error on our end (such as a printing mistake or the wrong item shipped), we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo clearly showing the issue

We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost for any confirmed quality or production error.

Non-Refundable Situations

Because these are personalized products, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

• Customer-submitted photo quality (blurry, low-resolution, or dark images)
• Change of mind after an order is placed
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Carrier delays after the package has shipped

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as production may begin shortly after your order is placed. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
